PRE-SALE
Every new customer wants to see our process before we start, so we begin with a new client assessment. It starts with your domain, top competitors, and a brief description of what you want to achieve. We then provide a comprehensive market analysis, competition analyses, a website assessment, current keyword rankings and a suggested SEO strategy with investment cost.

From there we put together a comprehensive list of services and deliverables along with a full proposal of services and costs. We provide a full SEO month-to-month contract that outlines all aspects of the campaign along with the 6 month campaign strategy.
Month 1 SEO
Once we have finished with the keywork research, competition analyses, market research, building local profiles, and ensuring that all of the primary profiles, like GMB, Google Analytics and Form Tracking is set up, we build a comprehensive 6-month SEO strategy. While the contracts are month-to-month, we strategize in 6-month increments. SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. It requires careful planning and execution, so we build a campaign strategy that details our game plan for the next 6 months. Then, we implement it.
Campaign Strategy
With the SEO strategy approved, we then insert your campaign into the dashboard. You have full access to live keyword ranking, backlink profile, reputation & review management tool, Google Analytics (direct integration), social media scheduling & posting tool (FB, IG, X, & LI), lead tracking & management tool (forms and recorded phone calls), revenue tracking (shopping cart integration), PPC tracking (integration with Google AdWords) and our new CRM integration.
Dashboard Onboarding
Once you have been onboarded in the dashboard, we are communicating with you about content such as articles, guest blogs, onsite blogs, onsite content, videos, infographics and other forms of off-site content). Throughout the course of your campaign, you will receive weekly, monthly and KPI reports automatically from the dashboard. The extensive reports discuss everything from keyword improvements, traffic, engagement, and new leads and revenue. All of the results are transparent and accessible 24/7.
